The Angle Meter app for Android measures angles on a smartphone or tablet. Use it on a flat surface, such as the ground or a table, to get accurate results. It is not a laser, or other laser-based, measuring device.
Once you have set the level of the surface, you will have to place your phone on it. To get the most accurate results, make sure the phone is not moving. Once you have done that, just tap the screen to get your result.
